HCP Credentials: Getting your credentials approved

In order to maintain the professional integrity of Spectrum Innovations Inc. and the practitioner brands we represent, it is important that we keep an up-to-date copy of your credentials on our records. This practice is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Credential approval is required before any transactions can happen. But once you’ve submitted your credential, you can start using your account right away!  You will gain access to exclusive benefits, on-demand learning, practitioner resources and tools. Plus, you can start ordering products as soon as your account is activated. Practitioner credentials are typically reviewed in one business day.

CREDENTIAL ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

For Individual Practitioner

During account registration, you’ll need to upload a digital copy of your professional license or health practitioner certificate.

Here are some considerations when submitting your credentials for review: 

  • If submitting a professional license, please provide your most up-to-date credentials, ensuring the name and expiry date are displayed and legible.
  • If submitting a health practitioner certificate, your name, issuing institution and the degree are displayed and legible.

NOTE: It’s important to note that we only recognize certifications earned from accredited medical institutions, and as such, certifications obtained from short courses or online learning platforms (such as Udemy, Coursera, Skillshare etc.) will not be considered valid for our evaluation process.

For Corporate Accounts

If the account is set up under a Corporate Account or Clinic, (a) a copy of valid Business Permit; and (b)  professional license or health practitioner certificate of at least one (1) affiliate practitioner in practice will need to be submitted. 

Take note that the names of all affiliate practitioners in practice at the time of sign-up shall be listed in the registration.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Reviews are typically completed within one business day. We will send an email to notify you that your account is order-ready.

REJECTED CREDENTIALS

If your credentials are rejected upon review, our team will send you an email to communicate why your credentials were rejected and what to do next.
