Where can I create a Practitioner account?
Healthcare Practitioners may register and create individual or corporate accounts at https://spectruminnovations.ph/registration.
Reviews are typically completed within one business day. We will send an email to notify you that your account is order-ready.
As a Practitioner, how can I place an order?
Orders are accepted by phone or email. As soon as you have created a Professional Account with us, our Accounts Representative will get in touch with you directly.
How do I order if I’m not a Practitioner?

Can my patients order directly?
Definitely! We have launched our NEW! Patient Fulfillment, an online dispensary that allows your patients direct access to all available products you recommend. Your patients can place their orders at their convenience which will be shipped directly to their doorstep.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we have nationwide delivery services via courier.
How long does the delivery take?
Our standard delivery lead times are as follows:
- Orders received by 12NN are shipped the same day within Metro Manila.
- Orders received after the cutoff are shipped within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
- Orders outside Metro Manila take 7-10 business days via courier.
I noticed there is no longer a plastic neckband sealing my supplement bottles. Are they still authentic and safe to use?
As part of our trusted brands’ ongoing sustainability commitment to strive to be fully recyclable by 2025, they have begun eliminating unnecessary plastic from their packaging. By removing the neckbands, it has reduced over 3.5* metric tons of plastic annually from entering the waste stream!
Rest assured, your safety is always our top priority. Your bottle is completely sealed under the cap to prevent tampering, which maintains the security and integrity of the supplements.
