As a Practitioner, how can I place an order?
Orders are accepted by phone or email. As soon as you have created a Professional Account with us, our Accounts Representative will get in touch with you directly.
What is my pricing as a Healthcare Professional?
You may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the latest product price list. Additional information can be obtained by speaking to our Accounts Representative directly. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Can my patients order directly?
This service is currently unavailable. For orders, you may coordinate with our sales team directly.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we have nationwide delivery services via courier.
Can you deliver products directly to my patients?
Yes, we can ship products directly to your patients. This difficult and unprecedented time has led a new way of working. We want to help you by providing your patients access to the same quality products. Please see our Terms of Service Agreement.
How long does the delivery take?
Our standard delivery lead times are as follows:
- Orders received by 12NN are shipped the same day within Metro Manila.
- Orders received after the cutoff are shipped within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
- Orders outside Metro Manila take 7-10 business days via courier.
